Modular pressure transducer

The pressure transducer SDT02 represents the basis of our well-tried pressure transducers of the SDT series.

It is available in the following mechanical versions:

  • Modular, aseptic G1”
    Process connection with polymeer-free sealing system

Features:

  • medium-affected components and housing made of stainless steel
  • high temperature range
  • nominal pressure range up to 40 bar
  • gauge pressure
  • configurable remotely via PC
  • medium-affected components made of stainless steel No. 1.4435
  • housing made of stainless steel 1.4435
  • 4-times overload
  • complete flush mounted membrane
  • FDA, EHEDG conform

Technical specifications:

  • accuracy in accordance with IEC 60770: 0.5% FSO
  • long-term stability
  • protected against polarity reversal and short circuit
  • temperature range applications:
  • measuring substance (permanent): -10 ºC up to 100ºC measuring substance maximum (1/2h): up to 140ºC
  • response time 40 – 300 ms (dependant on measurement reading variations; large leap = fast, small leap = slow (owing to window method)
  • protection class IP67 according to EN 60529
  • M12 plug connector made of stainless steel
  • adjustable damping
