General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Confirmations.
All offers made by us are open for acceptance within 60 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specifically stated therein.

2. Order confirmation.
If the buyer does not object within 3 days after receiving the order confirmation, it’s considered approved.

3. Prices.
Prices apply for specified amount incl. packaging and excl. assembly, commissioning at the installation site and excl. VAT. 4. Delivery clause.

5. Complaint.
The delivery is controlled for any defects or transit damage, by the buyer immediately upon receipt.

We provide 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects, from date of delivery. Repairs under warranty, software changes and servicing of delivered goods can only be done by Summit Electronics ApS, unless otherwise agreed. Repairs covered by this warranty is performed free of charge.

7. Return.
Non-stock items can’t be returned. Stocked items can only be returned by prior agreement within 8 days of receipt and will be credited with max . 80% of the
invoiced amount, provided they are received undamaged and in original packaging.

8. Documentation.
Each product is equipped with user manual. Additional operating instructions can be ordered against charge.

9. Payment.
Invoice date + 30 days or per. COD.

10. Product Liability.
Against liability for damage caused by the goods (product liability), the following applies: Buyer shall indemnify the Seller to the extent that the seller is held liable to the third party for damage caused by the goods on

• real or movable property, where the damage occurs while the material is in the buyers possession.
